Pastor Shari Ayers packs and repacks her bags as the Director of Admissions. She’s a 1996 graduate of Trinity and served two congregations in Northeast Ohio before returning to serve on the staff of her alma mater in 2006. Before attending Trinity, she graduated from the Ohio State University where she managed to change her major five times and still graduate in four years. Pastor Shari has a particular interest in vocational discernment, spiritual direction, and retreat ministry. She is known as “our person” to two cats that don’t come when she calls them.

"There is a strong sense of community at Trinity.  Friendships develop through the time we spend with one another, whether it's studying, worshipping, or just hanging out together. The faculty at Trinity are outstanding.  They have a passion for teaching, and are interested in students.

Ken Staib
Master of Divinity (M.Div.)

Lenten Daily Devotions

Lenten Daily Devotions

A Song of Grateful Hearts:

A Lenten Devotional offered by the Covenant Cluster of ELCA Seminaries

The reflections and prayers for each day are inspired by the Prayer after Communion for Lent, found in Sundays and Seasons:

Compassionate God,
you have fed us with the bread of heaven.
Sustain us in our Lenten pilgrimage:
may our fasting be hunger for justice;
our alms, a making of peace;
and our prayer, the song of grateful hearts,
through Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord.
Amen.
